Our mission is to provide above-market returns and direct exposure to multifamily real estate for investors by acquiring, strategically managing, and selling multifamily properties in the Northeast US.
ABOUT US
BTLC Partners invests in workforce multifamily housing properties in the Northeast with the mission of delivering above-market returns to investors. The firm’s strategy is to acquire underpriced multifamily assets in secondary Northeast markets with strong fundamentals, where value-add potential has been overlooked. The firm will leverage the deep and diverse experience of its Partners, both of whom currently invest on behalf of multifamily private equity funds and together have over 10 years of real estate experience. By strategically acquiring multifamily assets via market expertise and rigorous research, BTLC intends to deliver on its investment mission to achieve above-market returns and strategic exposure to the multifamily asset class for its investors.

DEEP,DIVERSE EXPERIENCE
BTLC's co-founders have extensive experience in multifamily. Salim and Patrick both worked in underwriting at commercial mortgage lender Arbor Realty Trust, and now both work in multifamily acquisitions at institutional private equity funds in the Northeast.
INTIMATE MARKET KNOWLEDGE
Both Partners have spent a majority of their lives in the Northeast and thus have an intimate understanding of the supply-demand dynamics driving the firm’s target markets. The Partners have built strong relationships among Northeast broker networks due to their years-long residence in the market.
GEOGRAPHIC REACH
With a presence in both New York and Boston, BTLC is ideally located to identify the best acquisition opportunities in the Northeast market. Both Partners are full-time residents of their respective cities, Boston and New York City, thus have a unique flexibility to acquire and asset manage properties across the geographic span between the two major hubs.
